Freight can be a nightmare to deal with so here at Volaris, we have set about to make it as easy, fast and seamless as possible. We have engaged reliable and efficient companies including Australia Post and Fastway to make sure your product(s) arrive on time and as expected.

We are very fortunate to work closely with many of our fine distributors in relation to product shipping. We can either ship directly from our store in Brunswick, or we in some cases will ship directly from our product distributors. What this means for you is that the handling and delivery of your product can be expedited with a lower carbon footprint!

    Do you ship Australia wide?

    We value your trust and support and are happy to deliver to you wherever logistics allows within Australia.

    When can I expect delivery?

    In most cases, Volaris Music will ship your purchase within 24 hours. In some circumstances, depending on your location, we can offer SAME day service at no charge. We would ask you to allow 3-5 business days for normal delivery. These are standard times for eParcel with Australia post.

    Remote areas will understandably take a little longer to arrive.

    Do you offer Express Postage?

    We can send parcels under 1kg express via Australia Post. Australia post guarantees overnight delivery to metro areas. Please contact us on (03)9387 2122.

    Tracking?

    All orders have a tracking number issued by either Australia Post e-parcel or our courier service.

    Delivery Address?

    We can send items to residential addresses, business addresses and PO Boxes. Please note that bulky items cannot be sent to a PO Box.

    Most deliveries will take place during business hours.

    Insurance?

    Insurance is included on every delivery from Volaris Music!
