Returns Policy
All returns are treated on a case-by-case basis. Outcomes are non-negotiable and are subject to discretion of Volaris management (and/or the manufacturer where applicable).

 

Change of Mind
If you purchase an item and decide you no longer want it, it can be returned to the store within 7 days from invoice date at your own expense. If the item is deemed to be in “new” condition with all original packaging then you may be entitled to a store credit1. Please note that you may not receive a full credit for the returned item(s) – a 20% restocking fee may apply2.

 

Customer Special Orders / Lay-Bys
If you place an order for an item that is not regularly stocked, then it is deemed to be a Customer Special Order. Customer Special Orders are not returnable; deposits made towards special orders are non-refundable. Lay-by deposits are treated in the same manner. In some cases, such deposits may be redeemable as store credit1 – this is at the discretion of management.

 

Faulty Items
If you think the item you purchased is faulty, was manufactured incorrectly or was falsely advertised then you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Most items we stock carry a manufacturer’s warranty3 that covers the fault of parts and/or assembly. Specific details relating to the nature of an item’s warranty support (i.e. duration of cover, type of resolution, expected timeline etc.) are determined by the manufacturer/supplier, not Volaris Music.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Store credit can be used in any capacity towards retail goods; store credit cannot be used for tuition/lesson fees.
  2. Restocking fee is calculated from full RRP of the item(s). Restocking fee may not always be applied – this is subject to management discretion.
  3. In most cases, warranty is issued by the manufacturer or supplier of an item. As such, the outcome of your warranty claim may not be able to be determined in-store. If the item is deemed unfit for purpose due to a manufacturing error or part failure then the manufacturer/supplier may elect have the item repaired or replaced.
