This Vamvakas (Βαμβακας) bouzouki was professionally made by reknowned luthier Vamvakas in Greece.
Selecting the besy of timbers and detailed workmanship make this instrument a true masterpiece.
"AAA" grade solid srpuce top along with a 61 ribbed bowl ensure that tonally this bouzouki is unparralleled in sound and also playability.
The instrument has settled well and it's low action allows for speed and expressive playing.
The striking decoration has been incredibly designed with two angels playing a the Lyre and the Oud / Laouto with the use of Mother of Pearl and Abalone pieces.
To compliment the 61 ribbs the bowl is fully decorated with an etched floral design.
This instrument is second hand but in excellent condition.
