The Clarke Original nickel-plated tinwhistle is durable and resistant to wear. Tinwhistles often undergo significant handling and contact with various materials – such as clothing, stands and cases – so a durable plating material is essential to maintain the appearance and functionality of the instrument over time.
The nickel-plating gives this instrument a crisper sound over the softer, breathy tone of the other finishes.
The box contains one nickel-plated Original tinwhistle (in D) and a quality microfibre cleaning cloth, along with a fingering/tuning chart. A beautifully presented tinwhistle in
a desirable finish.
