Flinch - Piano

Beginning as a largely self taught classical pianist, Flinch Kemp currently studies classical piano at the Melbourne Conservatorium of music and is dedicated to developing his piano technique and understanding of music.

As a teacher, Flinch focusses on finding comfortable and ergonomic ways for his students to approach material, incorporating principles of the Taubman approach to piano as well as techniques learned from his own practical experience. Alongside this, emphasis is given in lessons to interpreting music and realising scores with musicality and understanding.
