Victoria - Vocals / Viola
Victoria has been a vocalist and recording artist who has worked in the industry for the past 8 years. Having had experience with jazz, contemporary and session music. She currently fronts her heavy band ‘Victoria K’, releasing her first single with them in 2019 through Warner Music Australia. Since then, she has written and released 2 studio albums, accompanying those with 2 national Australian tours, (completed in 2021/2023). With her music she has managed to chart at #17 on the Australian Rock Album Charts, and on the iTunes Album charts in Mexico, France and Finland. As well as being featured on radio and magazines overseas, (Prog Magazine EU, Metal Hammer GE etc) and Australia, (Heavy Magazine, Triple J etc).
Coming from a primarily classical music background, Victoria is a trained Lyrical-Soprano, who is currently studying opera at the Melbourne Conservatorium. Starting her classical training 8 years ago, and her overall vocal training 11 years ago. Victoria also has experience in string instruments, specifically Viola, having played for the past 7 years.
Victoria wishes to help students learn and grow as young or emerging musicians and help them find a love and passion for music. Teaching is about exploring technique but also experimenting with who you are as an artist.
